At MB3 Group, we provide multiple options to give you the right support for your construction projects and ensure they fulfil all business objectives, regardless of sector or services. As part of the MB3 Group, we offer both MB3 Technical and MB3 Services.

Main Contractor
We can work alongside either side of a main contract, providing the right consultancy, progress monitoring and management services to both main contractors and clients.

We help both contractors and clients to identify risks and opportunities during their project lifecycle, from feasibility and early planning to design, onsite construction and final occupancy.
Surety Claim
​Construction industry bonds can often be complex to navigate and risk financial implications. With this, we offer expert writing advice, reviewing and analysing bonds and contracts.
We help avoid pitfalls and maximise claims during bond agreement discussions and disputes. We also offer a waking watch service where MB3 Group will monitor projects for potential contractual breaches and advise on preventative steps for claim protection. ​​
Consultancy
Providing strategic advisory and consultancy services is how we ensure outcomes that always deliver. We help to unlock the potential for our clients with experienced cost control and bid management.
Working alongside clients to eliminate risks and consult across scheme development, project feasibility, design management, cost planning, outline programming and condition surveys and life cycle advice.
Project Management
We always look to take ownership of a project on behalf of our clients, developing a monitoring programme to suit your construction delivery, regardless of whether you’ve chosen MB3 Group to do this or not.
Our third-party project management services cover contract administration, health and safety, cost reporting, contract management and liaison, onsite management, supply chain management and much more.
Crisis Recovery
In the event that your project is delayed, over-budget or facing major issues due to a chosen construction management company’s failure, we will help with the recovery and resolution.
We can identify the root cause of quality/cost/delay issues and develop a clear strategy for getting a project back on good track. Our services cover dispute resolution, improved project management, project delivery through MB3 Group and the successful completion of your project. We can navigate legalities in construction project delivery as well as the finished build, helping you achieve sustainability certifications, health and safety regulations and sector-specific compliance. We also work alongside reputable partners to deliver technical calibration, validation, servicing and maintenance of electrical/mechanical/HVAC systems.

a 200% increase in
litre storage for
IVC Brunel Healthcare.

MB3 Group recently delivered a stability construction project for IVC in Swadlincote, working closely with their QC Validation & Stability Manager to maximise storage capacity. After initial site layout work and buildability assessments, we utilised their floor space to achieve new heights in capacity. We increased IVC’s capacity by over 200% all from within the same footprint.
​MB3 Group play a crucial validation role in Midland Metropolitan University Hospital,
an 85,000+m2 innovative hospital facility in Birmingham.

Our team performed soft stress testing of the hospital's various drainage systems and lifts to ensure infrastructure efficiency, compliance with industry standards and capability to handle high-demand situations in the lead-up to the opening date.
​MB3 Technical completes a secure stability environment for a pharmaceutical manufacturing client.
​
Our technical team were busy building a stability chamber and storage is ideally suited for the secure handling of products awaiting their onward analytical batch testing. The temperature and humidity in the space was mapped prior to utilisation to confirm operation performance and uniformed airflow for good manufacturing practice (GMP) adherence.
