MB3 Technical recently completed a specialist stability storage upgrade for a UK-based pharmaceutical manufacturer and CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation).

The client required a full replacement of ageing stability chambers and an increase in validated storage capacity to meet rising operational demand. Their existing equipment was no longer reliable and approaching end of life.

MB3 Technical delivered a full turnkey stability storage upgrade solution, including:

  • Supply and installation of two new validated stability chambers

  • Mechanical and electrical works to support the upgrade

  • Full commissioning, qualification, and validation to GMP standards

What Does a Successful Stability Storage Upgrade Look Like?

The new chambers provided a combined storage capacity of over 9,000 litres, with a total equipment footprint of just 3.35m², offering an efficient use of space and a significant improvement in reliability.

The project was delivered with minimal disruption to operations, ensuring continued compliance and business continuity throughout.
